About me

I am a former translator who fell in love with coding, passionate about both natural and programming languages.

As a front-end developer, I specialize in JavaScript, in particular React.js and Vue.js. While these are my main tools, I'm always excited to learn new technologies.

I believe in purposeful coding - my primary goal is creating smooth and enjoyable web experiences for all users.

Fun facts:

  • I speak Russian and English fluently, know German, and some phrases in French. I can even say hello and buy a cup of coffee in Norwegian.
  • Iā€™m a tech enthusiast with deep empathy for people. This combination fuels my passion for Web Accessibility and UX design. I love learning more and spreading awareness about inclusive web for everyone.

YYC Sorts in an interactive educational web application designed to help young residents of Calgary master local waste sorting rules. This project combines a searchable knowledge base with a fun, Tetris-style game to make learning about recycling and composting engaging. Built with React.js, Typescript, Vanilla CSS and Supabase as a back-end.
